Graduate School!

I'm waiting for photoshop to work on my computer so I have been putting off a new comic. Also, I've been wrapped up in summer theatre, looking for an apartment, and waiting to get into grad school...which, but the way, I am in! Fall of 2008 -- WPI -- Materials Science and Engineering. Yay!

I've also had a real job so I've been going to bed earlier and getting home later. During the school year I'll hopefully have a job too, but not this same one. I like money. Money is good. And since I think that I found myself a pretty sweet apartment I will need money to pay rent.

OK, so for those of you who have seen my attempt at another comic know that I am being lazy and just taking the first panel of that one and using it here...but I promise that I will eventually finish that one.

Oh Snap!

In my last post I mentioned that I would be updating in a week...well it has been over a month and I have gained a sister-in-law but not more time. I still have one in the bag so to speak though. Just waiting for the right motivation....

Updateage

So if you aren't using Safari (or Webkit) I suggest that you do so because my comics actually look better. No, really, they do. I have Safari for Windows on my computer now (downloaded it a mere couple of hours ago--not-so-closet Mac fan) and just glanced at my blog randomly.

It is mildly glorious.

You know what else is glorious?

1) Gloria, of course. ({} Fan - *heart*)

2) Having someone who does a real comic (www.bubblegumheroes.com) show interest in your random lower level web-comic. Much, much respect and love.

3) Making out with a boy while watching a Johnny Depp movie.

P.S. I'm working on another comic so check back, probably in about a week, and it should be up. It is taking a while seeing as I try to be as perfect as I can while using Paint and a mouse...sometimes only a trackpad. :-\

School sucks my soul, and not in a good way.

Sooooo...for those of you who check this regularly (Rick) I obviously haven't posted in a while. This is due to the inevitable thing called...SCHOOL. So until I can get some hardcore stuff done on my MQP I'll be out of service.

I went to a funeral mass this morning. Yes, it is sad. But I am too logical for church and found many amusing things with the service. Disregarding the logic of religion, the main thing that amused me was the priest. When he started to talk all I could think was, "This guy is either uber religious or believes negatively in God." It wasn't what he was saying, it was how he was saying it. You ever see someone on TV making fun of a priest? Not to his face, but "playing one on TV"? Well, that's what this guy was doing. Ergo, the graph. The * marks where he is.
